so my problem is when i start the game with the l2storm.exe than i cant login ...when i startet with the l2.exe in the system file than i can login put i cannot on the server to create a character please help

1st: Learn English.
2nd: Re-patch your game client.
3rd: Re-install clean L2 client and patch it. (If just re-patching didn't help)

L2 Storm Patch works good, so there is a problem in your game client, it is corrupted in some way or patch is not correctly installed.
